Hi there, welcome to my website. Let me tell you a few facts about myself. I grew up in New England, and therefore my most favorite season of the year is Autumn, when the sacred trees are ablaze in reds, golds and oranges. I am the mother of 5 grown children, and have lived in Japan, Germany, Mississippi, Idaho, Ohio and now California. I have been a "Jill of all trades" in jobs of service for over 30 years, ranging from fast foods, school bus driving, long haul 18 wheelers, casinos, and retail. So on looking back at this journey, I can say I went out and experienced life first hand, just your average person out there making a living and living life. But even in all that, something always seemed to be missing... My journey of self awareness and healing began on an intense level in 1996, when my marriage of 23 years finally had crumbled, leaving me with a wounded, bleeding, closed off heart.
I wondered who was I really, what was I here for on this planet, and why was I in perpetual depression and grief ? All I knew was I intensely didn't like myself, I wanted to go "home" (wherever that was), and I wasn't ever going to love another human so trustingly again. I found I was too afraid to end my life when I attempted it , and somewhere deep down I knew life had to be better, so off I set on my quest for answers to my questions. One of the first things I learned was that energy is real, a true force that can be used to heal your body. So I learned about Reiki and became attuned to it. During sessions of receiving Reiki I felt the powerful action of emotional release, but I still didn't understand these emotions, what to do about them, what they meant, and why wouldn't they heal? People told me, it's ego. I was really perplexed by that one... I thought so little of myself, there was no way ego was my problem! So I asked the big question... where was my ego? Oh my...little did I know...literally! Spirit answered , and led me to a healing system called Zenith~Omega and an extremely patient teacher. Through the work and teachings of Zenith~Omega, I have been learning not only the blatant examples of ego, but also the subtle ones that trap us into depression and unhealthy habits. The first thing I healed was what I called "my black hole", where I would bury myself under covers for three days hoping to die. I began to learn about true responsibility of self and that only I make myself a victim, no one else. That is taking your power back, making choices based on what's best for yourself and no one else. I learned how fear is the biggest hindrance to our growth, and how subtle fear can be too. The ego can even trick us to think we are fearless. How has Zenith~Omega helped? Well just as energy is a very real force, so is emotions and mental thoughts. If emotions and/or beliefs about ourselves are not resolved, they create blocks in our systems so we cannot see what needs to be addressed. Zenith~Omega healing busts up these blocks in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies long enough for us see and feel the areas of hurt and pain. Zenith~Omega infuses these areas with loving light/sound vibrations that has been missing, blocked out from, for so long. This provides for a more intense healing, not a band-aid solution. Zenith~Omega wants you to realize your inner beauty, your truth, your gifts you bring into this world at this time, your potentials and the joy of creating your life. |
What I OfferI offer my compassion and understanding as you journey through your own healing. Healing sessions can be done in your home (if in Sonoma County Area , California) or long distance any where in the world. I am willing to travel further if there is more than one client wanting Zenith~Omega. I also teach classes of Volume 1 and 2 if you wish to become a Zenith~Omega practitioner or to use for a more intense self awareness experience. |
